3598名本科大学生高血压普查及分析

对我校3598名18～22岁的本科大学生高血压调查,受检率91.42％,其中男2701人,女897人。结果高血压20例,患病率0.56％,男19例,女1例,发现男显著高于女。临界高血压51例,男患病率1.74％,女0.45％,男显著高于女,工科生2.04％,文科0.43％,工科学生极显著的高于文科。本文资材提示患病率高可能与学习比较紧张有关系,并说明了女性患高血压的年龄比男性晚。这次普查为本校大学生开展高血压防治工作有一定的实际意义。

General Survey of Hypertenslon among 3598 Undergraduates and Analysis

3598 undergradnates in our university, 18 to 22 of age, have been checked in a general sarvey of hypertension. That is a proportion of 91.42%, among which ate 2701 men stndents and 897 women students. As the result, 20 cases of hypertension are found, 19 men students and a woman student. The rate of students suffering from the illness is 0.56%, The proport: on of man student is considerably higher than that of woman stadent. As to critical hypertens: on, 51 cases are found, male sufferer 1.74%, female 0.45%, The rate of male sex is also higher than that of female sex. Sufferers belong to engineering coarses to be 2.04% and those belong to liberal arts to be 0.43% shows that the proportion of snfferers belong to tngineering courses is considerably higher than that of those belong to liberal arts. The data of this article inidcate that the higher rate of suffering from hypertension bears on nervous studie and that the age of the female sufferer is older than that of the male sufferer. In fact, the general survey is good for us to carry out our work of prevention and cure the illness of hypertension for the students in our university.
