摘 要: | <正> 亚硝酸根与仲胺生成亚硝胺,是确定的致癌物质,而硝酸根在一定条件下易于转化为亚硝酸根,因此测定NO_2~-、NO_3~-极为必要。痕量亚硝酸根的测定,常用Griss法或改进的Griss比色法。此法灵敏度较高,但测定稍微有色或混浊溶液产生困难;测定水中硝酸根的经典方法是酚二磺酸比色法,也可还原成亚硝酸根,再用Griss法。前者手续麻烦,后者与NO_2~-有同样问题。近年来有用极谱催化波法,微分脉冲极谱法等测定亚硝酸根和硝酸根。有的要用较贵的稀土元素,有的分辨力或灵敏度还不够理想,基于生成一种不致癌的亚硝胺在电极上还原,测定亚硝酸根的

STUDY ON THE DETERMINATION OF NITRITE AND NITRATE BY POLAROGRAPHY |

Abstract: | This paper describes a method to determine NO_2~- and NO_3~- with diphenyl-amine byoscillopolarography.Some conditions have been investigated indetail.Great improvement has been made for the determination of nitrateUnder optimal conditions the method is rapid,sensitive and accurate.Thedetection limits are 3ppb,15ppb,The average percentage recovery is 98.8-106%or NO_2~- and 94-103% for NO_3~-.This method has been satisfactory fordetermination NO_2~- and NQ_3~- in well water,river water and drinking water.Inaddition,thecharacterization of electrode process is also discussed. |
