摘    要:准确掌握连铸坯热装温度对实施连续加热炉的优化加热控制具有十分重要的意义。根据某公司现场的实际生产情况,利用已建立的“连铸坯凝固过程传热数学模型”开发了“铸坯装炉温度在线实时计算模型”,并将其成功地应用在某公司连续加热炉计算机控制中,与传统的经验模型相比所开发的数学模型具有计算速度快、计算精度高等特点,为实施炉内铸坯温度的在线跟踪提供了准确的初始条件。

Abstract:Controlling the hot charging temperature accurately has a very important significance for optimizing heating control, According to the practical production situation at the site, on line real-time computing model of continuous casting slab charging temperature was researched and developed by using the established heat transfer mathematical model during solidification of slab, and was used successfully during the computer controlling of continuous heating furnace. Compared with traditional experimental model, faster calculation velocity and higher calculation accuracy and so on were included in the developed mathematical model. And this model provides the accurate initial condition for on-line tracking of continuous casting slab in furnace
