摘    要:用烷基化试剂将介孔分子筛MCM-41的表面烷基化,使MCM-41的表面连接含有伯氨的有机链,再与氯磺酸基酞菁钴、氯磺酸基酞菁铜反应,合成纳米复合材料CoPc(CuPc)-NH-MCM-41,并且用红外光谱、紫外光谱、XRD进行表征.结果表明:酞菁钴、酞菁铜以单体形式负载在介孔分子筛MCM-41的孔壁上;酞菁铜对苯酚羟化反应的催化活性较好;在丙酮溶剂中苯酚的转化率大于在乙腈中的转化率.

Abstract:Cobalt and copper phthalocyanine complex were bonded to the silica surface of mesoporous MCM-41 molecular sieve by grafting an organic side chain with a primary amine on the silica surface of mesoporous MCM-41.The assembly materials were characterized by XRD,IR,Uv-vis and N2 adsorption-desorption.The results suggested that cobalt phthalocyanine and copper phthalocyanine were indeed located inside the mesopores walls of MCM-41 as a monomer form.At the same time,their reactivity for hydroxylation of phenol was investigated. The results showed that catalytic activity of copper phthalocyanine was higher than that of cobalt phthalocyanine. The optimum reaction condition was obtained with orthogonal method.
