| Abstract: | This paper describes the features of the total price contract model, the unit price contract model and the cost plus remuneration contract model and their application in the engineering practice, analyzes on the importance of the selection of the contract model on the control of the construction cost, and through analyzing on some factors in the management of the contract influencing the construction cost, puts forward corresponding solving measures. |
