摘    要:针对数控机床主传动系统故障树分析中顶事件选择片面的问题,指出进行功能危险分析为顶事件的选择提供技术和理论依据,即以功能危险分析的输出作为故障树分析的输入建立故障树.采用上行法对故障树求最小割集并进行分析,确定出系统的薄弱环节,验证了应用功能危险分析技术确定故障树顶事件的有效性.
