Ni-P纳米SiC化学复合镀超声波分散工艺

摘    要:为获得纳米颗粒均匀分布的复合镀层,通过超声波分散,采用二因素五水平二次正交旋转组合试验设计方法,研究非离子表面活性剂分别与阳离子和阴离子表面活性剂复配对的镀层性能及分散效果.结果表明:在其他试验条件一定的情况下,Ni-P-纳米SiC化学复合镀的最佳分散工艺为:超声波分散、添加非离子和阴离子表面活性剂并加机械搅拌.

Abstract:In order to obtain the composite coating with uniformly distributied nano-particles,the ultrasonic scattering and two-factor five-level quadratic orthogonal rotary combination method was adopted to study the influence of the couples of the non-ionic surfactant respectively with cationic and anionic surfactants on the performance and scattering result of the composite plating.The result indicated that the optimal scattering processing for chemical composite plating with Ni-P nano SiC would include ultrasonic...
