| 摘 要： | 随着经济的快速发展,我国对能源的需求量也直线上升,能源现已成为我国经济持续、快速、健康、稳定增长的瓶颈,怎样才能从根本上解决我国的能源问题呢?寻求稳定的海外石油、天然气供应只能是一个中、短期的策略性计划,不能从根本上解决问题,解决我国的能源问题应有更长远的眼光和从更高的层面上来考虑.
