| 摘 要： | 文中分析了在RGB和HIS色彩坐标系统下的血液细胞彩色图像的分割方法及分割效果比较，给出了使用数字图像形态学中的腐蚀与膨胀方法进行图像处理并进行白细胞定位和计数的方法．

| Abstract: | The method of segment for color image of blood cell under the RGB and HIS color coordinate is analyzed in this paper. Also the comparing of the two results is done. The erode and dilate method of image processing for white cell location and counting is given that is used in digital image morphology. |
