| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析无限长均匀带电柱面零电势参声点选取的问题,归纳出零电势参考点选取的统一原则,并在此基础上提出好静电场中任一点“电势”定义的建议。

| Abstract: | In this essay we analyse the problem of how the potential zero of infinite and evenly charged cylinder is selected and sum up the united principle of the selection of potential zero. On this basis we put forward our propostion about the potential definition of any spot in static electric field. |
