| 摘 要： | 针对目前我国工程机械售后服务中存在的问题,提出了搞好代理商售后服务的若干措施,主要有增强售后服务意识、注重售后服务的及时性、加强对服务人员的专业化培训、加大售后服务的投入以及提高售后服务的创新能力等。

| Abstract: | In the light of the problems existing in the service after sale of our country's engineering machinery at present,this paper puts forward some measures for doing well the agent's service after sale,which mainly include strengthening the consciousness of the service after sale,paying attention to the timeliness of the service after sale,strengthening the specialized training for the servers,adding the input for the service after sale,and increasing the innovation ability of the service after sale,etc. |
