铝铜合金阳极氧化新工艺

摘    要:在低浓度复合电解液中,利用分阶段升压技术,高温下在阳极氧化较难的铝铜合金LY12上制备了具有较高厚度、硬度和良好外观的银白色氧化膜层.实验研究了各工艺参数对膜层性能的影响.结果表明:磷酸是主要成膜物质;由定量的有机羟酸和导电盐组成的添加剂可大大提高膜层的厚度;电流密度的大小对膜层性能影响较大;采用分阶段升压方式可使电流密度在较长时间内保持较大的值;阳极氧化电压,氧化温度及氧化时间等对成膜过程也有一定影响.

Abstract:In low concentration mixed solutions, a silvery white film with excellent appearance and higher hardness and thickness was obtained on aluminum-copper alloy difficult to anodize by using grading voltage and high temperature. The effects of various parameters on the properties of the film were investigated. The results show that phosphoric acid is the main film forming substance; a certain amount of additive composed of organic carboxylic acid and inorganic salt can increase the thickness of film remarkably; the peak current density is important to the properties of the film; the higher current density can keep for longer time by using grading voltage; the anodizing voltage, anodizing temperature and time also have influences on the film formation.
