| 摘 要： | 本文对受横向载荷(R和T)的螺栓组联接预紧力的计算提出了新方法。 它是在三点假设的基础上,根据被联接件间的摩擦力矩和工作力矩的平衡条件计算预紧力的。 用这种方法计算出来的预紧力较常规方法小得多,因此,不仅使联接可靠,而且可节省材料,减轻重量,降低成本。

| Abstract: | This paper suggests a new method about calculating pretightening force of bolted connections exerted on with lateral loads (R and T).Based on the three hypotheses, pretightening force was eomputed according to the balance condition of frictional moment and load moment between the connected parts.The pretightenig force turned out by this method is much less than that by conventional one. and makes the connection not only reliable but also possible to save materials, lighten weight and reduc ecost. |
