| 摘 要： | 本文采用实验比较法,针对目前体育系学生的实际情况,对排球正面上手传球常规方法中的击球手型、击球点和全身协调用力三个主要环节的练习时间及练习次数等方面作了适当调整。使学生能较好、较快掌握适用正面上手传球技术,达到教学要求。

| Abstract: | This paper adopts experimental comparison method. It is of special importance for the students of physical education department.Proper adjustments have been made in the exercise periods and times of three key links-the hand-style of batting the ball, the point of hitting the ball and the harmonious movewent of the whole-body in conventional forward overhand pass. The purpose is that it can help students master the techniques of forward over hand pass and fulfill the teaching aim. |
