摘    要:用Nitro苜蓿根瘤菌(Medicagosp.)诱导小麦结瘤并研究不同氮源对植株生长和结瘤的影响.研究表明,在一定浓度范围内,NO3-和NH4+均能促进植株生长和类根瘤的形成,植株干重的增加与培养基中NO3-的减少量呈正相关,该种类根瘤具有一定的固氮活性.

Abstract:The paper reports the paranodules induced artificially by Medicago sp. on wheat roots and the effect of various nitrogen salts on the growth of those para nodule wheat plants. The results show that NO 3 - and NH 4 in certain concentration can promote formation of the para nodules and the growth of those wheat plants. There is positive correlation between increase of plant in dry weight and decrease of NO 3 - content in medium, and the para nodules possess certain nitrogenase activity.
