摘    要:制备了一种新型的外墙用粉体腻子,通过在配方中添加胶粉提高了腻子的耐水性能和粘结强度;干粉腻子中的胶粉与水泥水化物形成空间立体网状结构,使得腻子成为一个致密的整体;讨论了填料对腻子性能的影响,通过加入各类助剂,有效提高了腻子的防开裂性、抗渗性、施工性等性能.

Abstract:In this paper,a new kind of powder putty is introduced by using the polymer powder.The putty shows a good property of waterproofing and adhesive strength.The powder emulsion of polymers in the cement forms the cross-linking structures in the hydrates.The effect of fillers on putty property is discussed.With the help of assistants,the ability of anti-cracking,polishing,and anti-permeability of the putty is improved successfully.
