| Abstract: | The technique of vital staining on the vagus nerve of stomach and esophagus with leucomethylene blue (LMB) uses three kinds of reducing agents: ascorbic acid,dithioninte and rongaalit methylene blue reduced solutions to experiment on the vagus nerves of stomach and esophagus of rabbits and rats. Rongaalit methylene blue reduced solution is the most suitable vital staining for ne we Preprocessing with hyaluronidase promotes to stain the big branch of vagus nerve. |
