0-3型压电复合材料Yamada模型改善

摘    要:通过对二元系0-3型压电复合材料Yamada模型进行详细分析,讨论了复合材料系统中各组元性能对复合材料压电常数D33的影响,找出了Yamada估算式高于实验值的原因.提出了可以改善复合材料压电性能的方法,减小组元间的介电常数差异、在陶瓷颗粒表面包覆过渡介电物质,对提高复合材料压电性能是十分有意义的.

Abstract:Through the detailed analysis of 0-3 piezo-composite Yamada model,discusses the influence to composite material piezoelectricity constant D33 by the performance of components in composite material system,find out the reason that the reckoned result of Yamada model is higher than the experimental result.Presents the methods to enchance the piezoelectric performance of the material: diminishing the difference of permittivity between components,coating material with transitional permittivity on ceramic particles,these measures are valuable for improving the piezoelectricity performance of composite material.
