| 摘 要： | 就汉语语言的特点,对中文口语自动问答系统中用户问句的处理方法作了系统的分析.提出了口语问句规范化处理的方法,使得系统能够对口语表达形式多样(甚至病句),但语义相同的问句可以采用相同的分析算法.同时此法所得出的规范化问句将反馈给用户,用于用户确认,实现了人机交互.规范化问句通过主题词的方法,确定搜索的知识源,明确和缩小了搜索范围,减少了对无用信息的搜索.

| Abstract: | We studied question analysis and disposal in QA system, considering the character of Chinese language, to assure that the system can apply the same method to kinds of sentences expressed in different ways but speaking the same meaning, even including wrong sentences. Present the standard query sentences to the user as a feedback, letting one confirms if this is what he wanted to inquire about, realizing user-computer interaction. Via identifying topic word, the destination source can be found in a way that can decrease the searching of useless information. |
