| 摘 要： | 利用虚拟综合服务数字网 (ISDN)组建的网络传输平台 ,适合于相对分散的用户群互联。平台内外网逻辑隔离 ,既可满足群内用户上内网收发公文 (国家规定涉密程度要求不高的公文可采用逻辑隔离 ) ,又可实现免费上互联网的功能。平台组建可借助电信部门现有线路 ,一次性投入少 ,使用费用极低 ,实施后获得了很好的经济和社会效益

| Abstract: | The transfer system that built with ISDN is fit for the relative separated users.It is logic insulation between the inner and the exterior net.It can meet the needs of sending and getting official files(There is a rule prescribed by government that the system can use logic insulation if the files are not related to high secret).It can link to the Internet also without fee.You can use the telegraphic company's line to saving money.The investment is little and the fee is low enough.The item got a notable economic and social benefit after they used it. |
