高温SiC/Al2O3复合抗氧化涂层性能的研究

摘    要:本文通过SiC及SiC/Al2O3复合涂层抗氧化性能的研究,认为采用高温浸渗工艺,在石墨制品表面形成的SiC涂层与基体有合理的界面结构,该涂层能对石墨制品起到良好的抗氧化防护作用。而SiC/Al2O3复合涂层使石墨制品具有更佳的抗氧化能力。

Abstract:This article studies the oxidation resistant behavior of the graphite heating component, which are coated by SiC or SiC/Al 2O 3 with a solid diffuse technology at high temperature. It is found that the interface between SiC and graphite basted component is better mergence, and the SiC layer on graphite basted component takes better protection effect in air. Meanwhile the SiC/Al 2O 3 composite coat on the graphite based heating component is also studied, the result shows that this composite coat is more oxidation resistent property than single SiC coat.
