乳状液膜法分离稀土中的非稀土杂质

摘    要:探讨了乳状液膜从稀土浸出液中提取稀土的可能性。考察了流动载体、料液类型、无机盐、表面活性剂种类,水乳比、NaAc用量和膜回用对乳状液膜提取稀土工艺中浓缩和分离非稀土杂质的影响。结果表明,该工艺是可行的。稀土提取率达85% ̄97%。富集液中稀土浓度达40 ̄90g/L。稀土氧化物纯度大于99%。比较了乳状液膜法和现行工业法所得稀土氧化物的分析结果。分析数据表明,乳状液膜法能显著地提高产品质量。

Abstract:The present paper explores the possibility of extracting rare earths from a leachate of rare earth ores by emulsion liquid membrane. The influences of mobile carrier, feed type, millelfal salt, surfactant, aqua-emulsion ratio, NaAc buffer and reuse of membrane on concentrating and separating the non-rare earth impurities (Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe, Ph, Al, Cd, Na)'in the extlfaction of the rare earths by emulsion liquid membrane were studied. The results showed that the technique was practicable. The extraction efficiency reached 85 % -- 97%: The concentration of the rareearths in the enriched solution came up to 40 -- 90 g/l-. The ptlrity of the rare earth oxide wasabove 99 %. The analytical results of rare earth oxides obtained by emulsion h(ltlid membrane andby ordinary industrially method were compared. The restilts showed that the emtllsion liqtlidmembrane technology improved greatly the quality of the product.
