Analysis on the Academic Record Evaluation System in the Network Environment

This paper introduces the academic record and the theoretical foundation of the academic record evaluation system in the network environment--the theory of project response,analyzes on the concrete procedures of making the parameters estimation by using the maximum likelihood method,and expounds the importance of the information function,and points out that adopting he academic record evaluation system in the network environment is helpful to measuring the tested knowledge and ability level,and puts forward some requirements and enlightenments for the educators.
