| Abstract: | Through using system innovation and deep-seated application of IT,this paper will concentrate on the way of breaking through traditional credit system and establishes the enterprise's credit guarantee system with zero-risk impeaching and encouragement as core.The system can distinguish credible enterprise from illegal one effectively,which realizes'good money drives bad' out.Then a credit and harmonious society will be established. |
