| 摘 要： | 在十六届四中全会上,将“构建社会主义和谐社会能力”作为党的执政能力建设的主要任务.将构建和谐社会摆在如此重要位置是因为当前我国社会中存在诸多不稳定、不和谐的因素,构建和谐社会面临严峻的挑战.构建和谐社会的对应范式是社会整合机制,具体包括动力机制、利益均衡机制、社会流动机制、社会保障机制、民主法治运行机制.

| Abstract: | At the forth central plenary session of 16th CPC committee,the ability of constructing harmonious society is regarded as the main task of strengthening the Party's governing capacity.Our Party takes constructing harmonious society into account because there are now a lot of unstable and disharmonious factors in our society,and because we are facing a severe challenge.The corresponding normal form of constructing harmonious society,namely social combining mechanism,should be put forward.This form includes impetus mechanism,interests balanced mechanism,social flow mechanism,social security mechanism,democracy and the rule of law operating mechanism. |
