PVDF压电传感器温度特性研究

摘    要:PVDF压电薄膜制作的压电传感器在使用过程中存在热释电效应,这将增大压力测量误差.针对该问题,采用电荷积分法设计了试验方案并对自制的PVDF压电传感器进行了热释电效应的试验研究,通过分析,得出了PVDF压电传感器的温度使用范围,并拟定了温度修正曲线.在PVDF压电传感器的使用过程中应用温度修正,可以提高PVDF压力传感器的测量精度.

Abstract:Error increase in pressure measurement results from the pyroelectfic effects produced in the use of piezoelectric sensor that is made of PVDF piezoelectric films. In attempting to address such a problem, charge integration method is employed to design experiments and experimental study on the PVDF piezoelectric sensor is carried out. The analysis of the experiments is useful for obtaining the temperature range of PVDF piezoelectric sensor' s service. And temperature curve for sensor is modified, which is abh to improve the measurement precision of PVDF piezoelectric sensor in the course of working procession.
