摘    要:文章设计了一套工程项目技术风险评价指标体系 ,运用模糊层次综合判断的评价方法对工程项目技术风险进行评价 ,能够比较准确评价工程项目技术风险等级及相关的风险因素 ,从而正确地制定出相应的规避技术风险的对策及技术发展战略 ,对保障工程项目顺利实施具有一定的意义

Abstract:An evaluation index system of the technological risks of engineering projects is designed,and the comprehensive evaluation method based on fuzzy analysis and the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) is used to evaluate the technological risks in engineering projects.An application example is given. With the presented evaluation method,the grade of the technological risk of a certain engineering project as well as the related risk factors can be evaluated accurately,which is valuable for formulating the countermeasures for avoiding the technological risk,working out the technologic development strategy,and ensuring the successful implementation of the engineering project.
