高坂大桥高墩翻模施工技术的应用

摘    要:结合高坂大桥高墩的施工实例,从方案的选定、翻模的施工工序及使用原理等方面,分析了一种塔吊翻模施工工艺,并对该工艺中的模板设计和翻升、测量控制、钢筋连接、混凝土泵送和施工缝处理等关键技术的控制进行了应用研究.指出该工艺有效地提高了桥墩施工质量,加快了施工进度,保障了施工安全,取得了较好的施工效果.

Abstract:This paper analyzes a tower crane turnover forwork based on the turnover formork practice and principles of the high pier construction of Gaoban Bridge,with focus on its turnover formwork,measuring control,reinforcement connection,concrete pump delivering as well as construction gap disposing.It puts forward that the technology has effectively improved the quality of the pier construction,sped up the construction progress,ensured security,and achieved good results.
