| 摘 要： | 本文根据纺织工业中特有的生产工艺和流程，考虑了影响纺织质量、产量的各种因素，提出了以生产率最高、生产成本最低、利润最高为目标的最佳转速的确定方法，并编制了相应的计算程序，对细纱机的实验数据进行了计算，得到了满意的结果。

| Abstract: | Taking in account the factors influencing the output and the textile quality,a method to determine the optimum speed of textile machines is developed.A mathematical model to describe the relationship between the speed and the break end rate in the ring frame of textile machines was set up by optimization in a micro computer. Then the optimum speed was found under the following three evaluating criteria:1)The maximum production rate;2)the lowest production cost;and 3)the highest profit rate. Calculation on the test data obtained from the machine by the programme worked out was proved successful. |
