| Abstract: | The background of agriculture scientific and technical enterprises developed from research institute was analyzed.Integrated with practice,the development advantages and problems for those enterprises were discussed.And through theoretic consideration the basic development strategies were proposed,that are to reinforce the system construction of the enterprises with the property right,to build up the competitive ability of the enterprises through resource recombination,and to enhance the culture of enterprise through human resource development. |
