饲料中总磷、无机磷和有机磷的含量测定

摘    要:采用磷钼钒分光光度法研究了饲料中的总磷、无机磷、有机磷的含量。在酸性条件下,磷酸与钼酸铵[(NH4)2MoO4]和钒酸铵(NH4VO3)混合试剂形成黄色络合物,其最大吸收波长为374nm,摩尔吸光系数=e3.43×103 L·mol-1·cm-1,回收率为97.0%~101.5%,结果令人满意。

Abstract:Determination of total phosphorus, inorganic phosphorus and organic phosphorus in feeds are studied by using phosphorus-molybdenum-vanadium spectrophotometry. In the acid solution, H3PO4 reacts with (NH4)2MoO4 and NH4VO3 to form yellow complex with absorptivity maximum at 374nm, and the molar absorptivity is 3.43×103 L·mol-1·cm-1, the recovery is 97.0%~101.5%.
