| 摘 要： | 建立了适合负离子热电离质谱(NTIMS)测定的Os同位素的微蒸馏分离富集方法和质谱测量技术,实测了陕西金堆城斑岩钼矿中辉钼矿(JDC)的Os-Os年龄t186=139.1士0.7 Ma(2σ),与文献2]的ICPMS方法Re-Os年龄测定值139±6 Ma(2σ)以及美国地调局Stein博士NTIMS方法Re-Os年龄测定值140.1±1.0Ma(2σ)基本符合.
