| 摘 要： | 对木香烯内酯的间氯过苯甲酸氧化反应进行了研究．通过质谱、红外和核磁共振谱测试，鉴定两个主要氧化产物分别为santamarin和reynosin．在反应产物立体构型分析的基础上，提出了氧化反应的可能机制． |

| Abstract: | Costunolide,as an important sesquiterpene lactone with diverse bioactivity separated from Saussurea lappa,has been oxidized with m-chloroperbenzoic acid(m-CPBA).By means of MS,IR and NMR spectra,two main oxidized products have been identified as santamarin and reynosin,respectively.Based on stereo-analysis of these two oxidized products,the mechanism of costunolide oxidized by m-CPBA under the given conditions is tentatively expounded. |
