摘    要:基于经典焊接热场计算方法和黑体热辐射理论,首次提出以CCD图像传感器 识别焊缝背面横向温度场的数学模型及其计算机处理方法。通过对实际焊接过程的温度 检测和对比实验,证明了所作的理论分析和数学推导是正确的、经图像处理后计算出来 的结果具有一定的精确性,误差分析表明其精度还能进一步提高。由于这种温度场识别 系统结构简单,运算迅速,可用以进行精确、高质量的焊接过程实时控制。

Abstract:Based on the heat-transfer theory and the law of the black-body radiation, the authors developed a mathematic model for identifying the temperature distribution across the back of weld-bead with CCD (Charge Coupled Devices) as the sensor. A program which processes the image picked by CCD was designed. The excellent consistency between the results of the calculation and measurements proves the correctness of the proposed method. Being of rather simple system construction and fast imagerecognition, the developed technique may be utilized to precisely control the welding quality in real--time.
