| 摘 要： | 从闲置的老纺织机械厂到拥有10万平米的特色产业基地,绿领产业园通过建立良好的完善的服务体系、搭建公共技术平台和引入社会资金激活创意产业,将河北区大量的老工业遗存资源盘活,有效解决中心城区老工业废弃难题,形成对区域经济发展的新支撑点,对比进行分析。

| Abstract: | Starting from the site of an idled textile machinery plant, LVLING Industrial Park now develops into a 100 000 m2 modern industrial base. Through the construction of an overall service system and a co-sharing technology platform and the introduction of social funds, the industrial park has vitalized a large amount of remained resources of old industries in Hebei District to serve the newly born creative industry, which offers a solution for more abandoned old industrial resources in downtown areas. |
