摘    要:以D,L-乳酸和1,4-丁二醇为原料,采用缩合聚合法合成了双端羟基聚乳酸(HO-PDLLA-OH),然后与α-溴代丙酰溴反应,得到适于ATRP的含溴端基的聚乳酸大分子引发剂Br-PDLLA-Br。考察了反应时间、1,4-丁二醇用量对HO-PDLLA-OH酸值和相对分子质量的影响,用IR、1H-NMR对聚合物结构进行了表征;并采用邻苯二甲酸酐法测得1mol HO-PDLLA-OH中含2mol OH,1mol Br-PDLLA-Br中含1.91mol Br。

Abstract:A dihydroxyl-terminated polylactide oligomer(HO-PDLLA-OH) was synthesized from D,L-lactic acid and 1,4-butanediol through polycondensation and subsequently converted to the dibromo-terminated PDLLA analogue(Br-PDLLA-Br) by reaction with 2-bromopropanoyl bromide The products were characterized by means of IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy.The number of hydroxyl groups and bromine atoms in HO-PDLLA-OH and Br-PDLLA-Br respectively were calculated by measuring the hydroxyl number of the polymers using the phthalic anhydride method.The results showed that the content of hydroxyl groups was 2.00 mol per mole HO-PDLLA-OH and that of bromine 1.91 mol per mole of Br-PDLLA-Br.The Br-PDLLA-Br can be used as a functional macromolecular initiator in atom transfer radical polymerization.
