| 摘 要： | 研究性学习的最终目的是培养学生的创新精神与实践能力,它与高职高专法学教育的人才培养目标相吻合。在高职高专法学教育中需要转变教育观念,改变课堂教学模式,探索教材建设,提高教师素质,引导学生积极开展课题研究,有效地进行研究性学习。

| Abstract: | The ultimate goal of inquisitive learning is to train students creativity and practicing ability,which is in accordance with the talent training goal of the law education in higher vocational college.Therefore,inquisitive learning should be applied to the law education in the higher vocational college.Students can be effectively directed to inquisitive learning only if five aspects are established： reforming education idea and changing class teaching mode,exploring textbook construction and improving teachers＇ quality. |
