锥形件液压拉深液压力行程曲线的建立

摘    要:液压力行程曲线是液压拉深工艺的重要参数之一 ,该曲线确定得准确与否 ,决定了液压拉深工艺的成败。本文利用有限元数值模拟方法模拟了锥形件液压拉深过程 ,并分析指出理论计算所得液压力行程曲线及实验所得液压力行程曲线存在的问题 ,在此基础上利用有限元数值模拟方法得到了锥形件的液压力行程曲线。通过比较认为该液压力行程曲线是较符合实际拉深过程的

Abstract:The hydraulic stress stroke curve is one of the important parameters in hydraulic drawing process,and the success of the process depends on the corrective determination of the cnrve .In this paper,the hydraulic drawing process of the cone shaped parts was simulated by FEM.The problems of the hydraulic stress stroke curves obtained by theoratical calculation and experiment were also carried out and analyzed.On the basis of the results,a new curve was proposed by FEM simulation. It is verified by comparasion that the curve complied well with the actual hydraulic draning process.
