摘    要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定了以As,P,Si和Ge为杂原子的钼多酸,钨多酸以及钼钨钒多酸中杂原子与配原子的计量比,对各种类型杂多化合物的预处理进行了研究,重点研究了测定过程中产生的基体干扰和光谱干扰,通过选择适当分析线并采用基体匹配技术,对干扰进行了有效的补偿,获得了准确的杂原子与配原子计量比数据,并由此推断出多酸的一,二级结构,所得结果经IR光谱和NMR光谱证明正确

Abstract:The stoichiometric ritoes for parent atoms to heteroatomsin in a class of complexes such as heteropolymolybdates, tungstates and molybdate-tungstate-vanadates were determined. In these complxes, heteroatom was As,P,Ge or Si.The process of the pretreatment for all kinds of heteropoly complexes were studied. Matrix interference and spectral interferences were mainly studied, both of them were compensated through the standard matching technique and proper wavelength selection. The accurate results of stoichiometric ritoes for parent atoms to heteroatoms were obtained, and the first and the second level strusture of heteropoly complexes were infered probably. The results agreeed with the methods of IR and NMR results. This study indicated that precise, accurate as well as sensitive analysis for heteropoly complexes is possible by ICP-AES.
