| Abstract: | The academic quality of learned journals depends on the academic level of contributions, but the academic leval of contributions is decided by the academic level of authors. Giving full play to the superiority and function of the editorial board in academic fields,giving free rein to the subjective initiative of editors and earhest solicit for contributions and searching widely for sources of contributions are important work to enhance the academic quality of journals. |
