| 摘 要： | 水能载舟,亦能覆舟。执政党最大的危险是脱离群众、失去民心。正确处理党群关系是共产党的执政基础。党群关系的畸变,民心的流失,使苏共被其所代表的工人阶级和人民群众抛弃,是苏共亡党的决定性因素。

| Abstract: | Water can not only carry the boat but also overturn the boat.The most serious danger of the incumbent party is deviating from the masses,and losing the morale from the masses.Managing the relationship between the party and the masses in a proper way is the basis for the party to come into power.Due to the distortion of the relationship and the lost of the morale,the Soviet Communist Party was abandoned by its working class and the masses.This is the most crucial factor causing the perdition of the Soviet Communist Party. |
