| 摘 要： | 提高农民生活质量问题在社会的现代化变革中开始进入实际操作阶段，受到高度重视。当前农民生活质量不高是历史发展的必然现象，它是多种因素综合作用的结果。提高农民生活质量的有效途径包括：减免农业税降低农民负担；增加农业补贴提高农民收入；发展文教事业提高农民素质；完善医疗服务推动农村社会保障；保护生态系统优化农村环境；弘扬现代风尚丰富农民精神生活。

| Abstract: | The life quality or peasants is to be improved soon and causes much attention. The present life quality of peasants is an inevitable phenomenon of history development and the result of integrated function of several elements. The effective ways to improve the life qualily of peasants are the following: miligating agricultural tax to ease peasant of their burden,adding agricultnral allowance to raisc their income, developing culture and education to enhance their quality, perfecting medical treatment to promote the social assurance in the countryside,protecting the ecological environment to optimize the surroundings in the countryside and carrying forward contemporary prevailing fashion to enrich the peacants' cultural and spiritual life. |
