| 摘 要： | 高校实验室是创新型人才培养的重要基地,通过分析我国高等教育创新型人才培养环境,围绕高校实验室建设,在创新办学模式、加强人力资源建设、完善教学形式与内容等3个方面,探讨了创新人才培养的思路与途径,以期实现高校实验室建设与创新人才培养机制的科学化和规范化,更好地满足国家对创新人才的迫切需要.

| Abstract: | Laboratories are an important base for educating innovative talents for universities or colleges . By analyzing the environment for educating innovative talents in China's universities or colleges ,the impor-tance of laboratory construction has been analyzed from three perspectives ,namely ,innovative models of education ,human resources for laboratories ,and the modes of instruction .The purpose is to explore the road or approach to innovative talent education .It is hoped that this may help make laboratory construc-tion and talent education mechanism more scientific and standardized ,so that China's demand for talents will be better met . |
