| 摘 要： | 比较了施他宁 (生长抑素 )治疗再发性胃底食道静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效 .与传统方法随机分组对照 ,观察其治疗有效率、再出血率、近期止血率及重度止血率等指标 ,并行统计处理 .施他宁治疗组近期止血率 70 4 5 % ,重度止血率 6 2 96 % ,有效率 84 0 9% ,比对照组高 ;而平均止血时间 12 5 1± 1 2 4h ,再出血率 4 7 2 2 % ,不良反应发生率为 9 0 9% ,低于对照组 .施他宁治疗再发性胃底食道静脉曲张破裂出血疗效快速、可靠 ,不良反应少 ,尤适重症者 ,值得临床推广 . |

| Abstract: | It is to compare the effects of treating recent gastroesophagus phlebeurysmarrhagia with Stalin(SS)and with the tranditional method.The patients were divided at random into two groups according to the two therapeuses and the indexes about the validty,recurrence ,recent hemostatic efficiency and hyperhemosyatic efficency were observed and dealt with statistically.In the group treated with Stalin,its recent hemostatic efficiency,hyperhemostatic efficiency,average hemostatic time,hemorrhage recurrence and ill-effect were lower than those in the control group.The effect of treating recurrent gastroesphagus phlebeurysmarrhagia with Stalin is rapid.The medicine is reliable and has little ill-effect,worth promoting clinically. |
