| 摘 要： | 在韶关市郊区某些鸡场，经常发生一种以心包炎、肝周炎及气囊炎等主要病理变化的疾病，经细菌形态、菌落特点、生化反应等病原分离鉴定，确诊为大肠杆菌病．3株分离菌与大肠埃希氏菌“0”抗原定型血清01，02，078进行血清学试验，玻板凝集反应与078出现凝集，确定该分离菌属078血清型的大肠杆菌。 |

| Abstract: | A kind of disease which was similar to pericarditis, balloonitis and fibrous hepatitis usually occurred in some chicken house in the suburb of Shaoguan.After the pathogeny isolation and identification of the modality of the bacteria,the characteristic of the colony and the biochemical reaction, it was considered as E.coli.This bacteria and O_1,O_2,O_(78) serum of E.coli anti-"O"was being carried out,aqqlutinate of O_(78) appearing. Depending on this phenomenon,this bacterium was considered to belong to E.coli serotype O_(78). |
