| 摘 要： | 介绍一种基于数码图片特征的创新产品设计及其模具制造方法,采用Pro/ Engineer软件使二维特征的数码图片生成具有关键设计信息的三维CAD模型,并用快速成型机制造出设计产品的SLA原型,利用SLA原型翻制硅橡胶模具并结合石膏型特种铸造工艺实现设计产品锌基合金模具的快速铸造,为新产品的开发提供一种简便快捷的新途径.

| Abstract: | The design of innovatory products and their mould processing methods were introduced.Their 3-D model with key design information was generated by using the two-dimensional characteristics in the digital picture and software Pro/E.The SLA prototype of designed product could be manufactured quickly with rapid prototyping machine.Then this prototype was reproduced into a silicone rubber one,and finally the quick casting of zinc-alloy mould for the designed product was implemented with the help of the special casting technology with gypseous mold,providing a simple and quick way for development of innovatory products. |
