沙冬青和骆驼蓬水煮提取物对松材线虫的毒杀作用

摘    要:以采自内蒙古鸟海市的沙冬青及骆驼蓬为植物材料,研究其提取物对松材线虫的生物活性.将水煮浓缩膏与线虫液分别混合配制成浓度为12,6,3,1.5,1,0.5,0.25和0.125g/L的线虫药液,每日统计线虫死亡率.结果显示,沙冬青的杀虫活性好于骆驼蓬;沙冬青药液浓度在1g/L及以上都有杀虫效果,骆驼蓬药液浓度在6g/L及以上有较好的杀虫效果;沙冬青和骆驼蓬处理松材线虫1d后的半致死浓度分别为0.56和1.39g/L.

Abstract:The bioactivity of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus and Peganum harrnala L collected from Wuhai City in Inner Mongolia was tested against mixed instar of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus. The mortality of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus in different concentrations of 12, 6, 3, 1.5, 1, 0. 5, 0. 25 and 0. 125 g/L with the poached ointment extracted from Arn-mopiptanthus mongolicus and Peganum harmala were observed everyday. The experiments indicated that the nematocidal activity of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus was much better than Peganum harmala. The concentration of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus which can kill Bursaphelenchus xylophilus was 1 g/L or more and Peganum harmala was 6 g/L. The LC50 of Arnmopiptanthus mongolicus in the first day is 0. 56 g/L and that of Peganum harmala was 1.39 g/L.
