| 摘 要： | 本文从学习者自主的概念、含义出发，详细阐述了现代学习理论的主要流派对学习者自主理念的影响。本文认为，学习者自主是三大学习理论共同影响的结果：人本主义，认知学说和建构主义。

| Abstract: | Current EFL education in China tends to be dominated by a teacher-centered approach and this has severely prevented learners from thinking and learning independently. Starting from the concept of Learner Autonomy, this paper elaborates the impact of the three contemporary major schools of Learning Theory Humanism Cognitive Theory and Constructivism. |
