| 摘 要： | SSM（软系统方法论，Soft Systems Methodology）是指英国系统管理学家切克兰德教授提出的一个旨在改善问题情境（Problem Situadon）的学习过程，此过程是反复进行的。SSM与其它分析方法最大的不同就在于此方法在进行逻辑分析的同时也引入了文化问询（Cultural Inquiry）。因此本文主要就文化问询之于问题情境、文化问询中的“文化”和文化问询的“三项分析”及其作用这三点进行分析。

| Abstract: | Soft Systems Methodology(SSM) is a learning cycle to be used to help improve a problem situation,which is created by Professor Checkland,a scholar of systems management form the UK.The greatest difference be-tween SSM and other analytical methods is that it introduces Cultural Inquiry while doing the stream of logic-based analysis.This article focuses on three points: cultural inquiry and the problem situation,the"culture"within the cul-ture inquiry and the"three analyses",and their functions as well,of cultural inquiry. |
