| Abstract: | This paper discusses the relationship between the viewpoint of scientific development and library and archives work of university,and points out that the library and archives work should be guided by the viewpoint of scientific development,persist in the people -based concept,and make overall plans and take all factors into consideration for realizing the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development. |
